It uses radio frequency that is transmitted from our towers to your home or business. It does not require a phone line, you only need our receiver mounted outside your home or business and a network card.
The 384/128 KBS package will be approximately 8-15 times faster than dial up service and is recommended for homeowners with one or two computers.
The 512/128 KBS package is recommended for homeowners or small business owners using multiple computers.
The 768/256 KBS package is recommended for homeowners or medium to large business owners doing large file downloading.
All accounts include 4 e-mail accounts and basic technical support.

The Installation Fee* is a one time fee of $200 for an installer to come to your home or business, install the unit, and run cable to one computer or router. The installation fee includes 2 hours of labor and the standard mounting hardware (J-pole, 5 ft. pole, 75 ft. of cable).
There is a $25.00 fee for testing for a signal and availability of service. If a signal is obtained and the installation is completed within the same day the $25.00 fee will be applied to the installation fee. If for any reason we need to make a return trip to your home or office there will be a $15 return trip fee.
*The Installation Fee does not include the cost of network cards, routers, installation of network cards or configuration of routers, etc.
